The Associated Catholic Colleges (ACC) is a strong and vibrant group of 12 Catholic secondary schools. With early competition stretching back to the late 1890’s, and a formalisation of the Association in 1948, there is a rich history of sport and activities that all member Colleges can be proud of. The Association caters for over 14,500 students in a wide range of activities.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
The sporting program consists of weekly fixtured sport for all year levels, along with three major carnivals – athletics, swimming and cross country. There are also one day tournaments in golf and chess, along with Rally Days focussing on participation at junior level. The activities program encompasses debating, public speaking, music and leadership workshops, along with major events such as concerts and art & technology exhibitions.
THE ACC LOGO
The ACC logo is seen on all ACC stationery, sports programs and the ACC web-site and was chosen by ACC Principals for its’ strong symbolism which celebrates our contemporary Association of Catholic Secondary Colleges with the ACC constantly changing and moving forward into the future with meaningful participation in student sport and activities.
