Version 2.0 of lockdown is now upon us! The ACC will once again provide online and virtual challenges to engage the community.
The ACC Daily Challenge will help give you challenges to relax, get motivated and be inspired during the lockdown. Each day a new challenge will be set out to be completed if you are interested. Challenges could be exercise based or even reflective. Example could be to set aside 10 Minutes to meditate or even complete 10,000 steps in a day. Accompanying each challenge will be a quote to reflect on.
